Automate invoice forwarding

Automatically forward your invoices

Set up a Gmail filter once to automatically forward matching emails to Xpensio.

1. Add a forwarding address

In Gmail, go to Settings → See all settings → Forwarding and POP/IMAP.

Add invoices@xpensio.app and complete verification.

2. Create an invoice filter

Open Gmail's search options and paste the following into Has the words:

category:purchases OR category:reservations OR subject:invoice OR subject:receipt OR subject:order OR subject:bill OR subject:(premium received) OR subject:(premium paid) OR subject:(payment confirmation) OR subject:(payment received) OR subject:(payment successful) OR subject:(payment summary) OR subject:(subscription confirmed) OR subject:(subscription purchase) OR subject:(trip Uber) OR subject:(ride)

3. Enable automatic forwarding

Click Create filter, select Forward it to → invoices@xpensio.app, then click Create filter again to save.

Privacy note: Only emails matching your filter will be forwarded. Review the matches to avoid forwarding unrelated emails.

Your original emails will remain in Gmail.
